Sir Thomas Livingstone, Viscount Teviot (c. 1651 – 14 January 1711) was a military officer of Scottish descent who was born in the Dutch Republic, and spent his career in the service of William of Orange. Following the 1688 Glorious Revolution, he was deputy to Hugh Mackay during the Jacobite rising of 1689 in Scotland. He later succeeded Mackay in November 1690 as Commander-in-Chief, Scotland, a position he retained until 1696, shortly before the end of the Nine Years' War in 1697.
